Gayco Healthcare is a long-term care pharmacy located in Dublin, Georgia. This 15,000 sf facility boasts state-of-the-art IV rooms, stations for 22 pharmacists and an employee daycare facility, along with offices and a conference room. The building construction consists of steel frame, concrete foundation, exterior brick veneer walls, cast stone sills, cabinetry, exterior insulated finish system, metal framing and gypsum board, interior trim and finishes. The roof is a standing seam metal roof with insulation. The warehouse is completely climate controlled and includes a loading area. The site includes 60 parking spaces, and the utilities tie-in to the City of Dublin’s system.
