History

JCI Contractors was founded in Moultrie, Georgia, in 1989 by Lynn (Lyndy) Jones, Jr. and Lynn Jones, Sr. Built on the values of hard work, integrity, and personal service, JCI began as a family business with a simple commitment to doing quality work and treating people right.

Decades later, those same principles continue to define who we are. JCI has grown into a trusted commercial contractor providing Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contracting services for a wide range of projects, while remaining grounded in the relationships and values that shaped our company from the beginning.

Our history is not just measured in years, but in the trust we have earned, the partnerships we have built, and the legacy we continue to carry forward. We are proud of where we started, grateful for the people who have been part of our story, and committed to building on that foundation for generations to come.
