Dames Ferry Elementary School

The Dames Ferry Elementary School project included renovations to the classrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, corridor, lobby and gymnasium over four phases. Phase 1 consisted of new flooring, ceilings, upgraded LED light fixtures, new HVAC system, new TPO roof, and paint in the cafeteria, kitchen, main corridor, admin area and two classroom wings. A new aluminum canopy and a sidewalk were constructed at the exterior door of the cafeteria. New doors and hardware were installed throughout the campus, along with updated gutters, downspouts and drainage system. The school remained occupied throughout construction.
