The Colquitt County Couthhouse Annex is a four-story, government building that houses county administration, offices and courtrooms. Construction consists of structural steel framing, metals studs, concrete foundation and slabs. The Annex was constructed with extensive interior millwork and cast stone columns and accents on the exterior to blend in with the existing courthouse that dates to 1902 and other surrounding historic downtown buildings. The Courthouse Annex sits facing the original courhouse and includes an unfinished basement for future expansion.
