Lee County Primary School

The Lee County Primary School project included major renovations to the entire campus including all new paint, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler system, structural steel, masonry, flooring, cabinetry and ceilings. Selective demolition occurred throughout the school for the construction of new gang bathrooms, to relocate the media center, and to reconfigure the admin/corridor areas. A new standing seam metal roof hugger system was installed. New aluminum canopies, store front windows, and a covered drop off area with new sidewalks were added. A pre-engineered metal building was installed to host P.E. for the students. This extensive renovation took place on an occupied campus without incident.
