JCI served as Design-Builder for Colquitt EMC after their purchase of an abandoned manufacturing complex adjacent to their existing headquarters. Extensive demolition of existing structures, site utility work, fencing, asphalt and concrete paving were included in the project. Two existing steel frame structures were renovated, and new crew offices and restrooms were added.
