Coleman Talley Law Office Historic Renovation

This Historic Renovation project converted two vacant buildings in downtown Valdosta into offices, conference rooms, and meeting space for the Coleman Talley Law Firm. The three and four-story buildings, totaling over 21,000 SF, were originally constructed circa 1900. These buildings housed many tenants in the past but had been largely unoccupied for years. Many historic elements of the buildings including original flooring, windows, storefronts, barn doors and ceiling beams were preserved. New finishes were installed to compliment the buildings’ historic aesthetic.
