ABAC Health Sciences Building

Tifton, GA

Client: Board of Regents

Square Feet: 41,424

This project consisted of a new health science building with tiered classrooms and interactive computer and skill labs. It also included a virtual hospital suite with medical gas piping and a working health clinic. The building features concrete foundation, structural steel, CMU wall with brick veneer, and metal roof system. The HVAC System was tied into the existing campus chilled water system while the rest of the campus remained fully operational.

Over the past few years we have had extensive experience with JCI and find their practices to be very attentive to construction and planning issues in addition to being forward looking in the management of their projects.
