BudK Worldwide

JCI has served as Design-Builder on three additions to BudK Worldwide’s headquarters and distribution center. The three additions, totalling 76,400 sf, include a 2,000 square foot office area and two warehouse additions of 30,000 and 26,400 sf. The projects included concrete foundation, pre-engineered metal buildings with metal roofs, vinyl insulation in the walls and roof, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, extensive sitework and underground utilities. The warehouse is climate controled throughout the building. The warehouses provide space for shelving systems used for wholesale distribution of product, and the office addition includes a call center, offices, restrooms and a conference room.
