Jennett Lecture Hall, Valdosta State University

JCI constructed this 720 seat lecture classroom with state-of-art features at Valdosta State University. A study alcove, restrooms and support services were included in addition to the lecture hall. The main entrance includes an elevator and monumental stairs enclosed in a glass box to maximize natural light. The project was completed on a heavily occupied campus. Located within a few feet of a high-traffic, four-lane street, the site was in a tightly constrained position as the new Jerry and Kay Jennett Lecture Hall abuts the existing Education Center.
