Design-Build

As the Design-Build leader, we utilize our dynamic roster of design partners throughout the Southeast to unite a team that can best fulfill the vision of our clients.  JCI has a long history of successful collaboration with numerous architecture and design firms to guarantee our clients have the right team for the job at hand. Our commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality prevails during the Design-Build process.

General Contracting

With nearly three decades in the General Contracting business, JCI has gained an impeccable reputation for producing high quality projects directly for the owner. JCI has evolved into other delivery methods but utilizes the same principals garnered from years of General Contracting. We are accustomed to lean and aggressive management of cost, schedule, subcontractors, and self-perform work, while exceeding client’s expectations.

Self-Perform

With our ability to self-perform, we maintain control over cost, schedule, safety, and quality resulting in monetary savings to our clients. While most of our competitors are subcontracting 100% of their work, we are able to save by reducing subcontractor markup, adjusting manpower to our satisfaction, and ensuring that the quality of the work performed is beyond the expectations of our clients.
